TrueWag products are sold and fulfilled exclusively through Amazon India. This website does not process orders, accept payments, or ship products. All order-related matters — including shipping, delivery, and returns — are handled through your Amazon account and Amazon’s customer service. You can see where to buy →
All shipping is handled by Amazon India and its network of delivery partners. Delivery timelines, shipping charges, and available delivery options are determined by Amazon and will be displayed at checkout on the product listing. Estimated delivery dates shown on Amazon at the time of purchase are subject to Amazon’s standard terms.
Once your order is dispatched, you can track your delivery directly through your Amazon account under “Your Orders”. Any delays caused by courier services or events outside Amazon’s control are governed by Amazon’s policies.
Returns and refunds are governed by Amazon India’s return and refund policy applicable to the product listing at the time of purchase. Eligibility windows, conditions, and methods for returning an item will be shown on your order detail page within your Amazon account.
